NASA, Bellicon® Bounce & Me

Bouncing (rebounding on a mini trampoline) has been around for awhile, it made a comeback in the 80’s when NASA researched its benefits … they were looking for a way for their astronauts to regain bone and muscle mass after being in zero gravity (outer space). I bet you didn’t know that!

My Dad, a USMC Drill Instructor, taught me … if Life hands you lemons, use ‘em for batting practice … in a sense, do something with whatever life presents you with, That’s why when the Pandemic hit, and all of the fitness classes were canceled, I looked into Bounce.

What can Bounce do for you??? Here are a few advantages of bouncing: 

*Can work the entire body without applying extreme pressure to feet and legs

*Oxygen uptake increases up to 68% more than running due to g-force increase

*The body is benefited on a cellular level at a greater rate than other methods of activity

I studied and am now certified to teach Bellicon® Bounce. I love that it doesn’t feel like “working out” and it’s FUN! Think of it as recess for adults, remember when you were in school and couldn’t wait for the bell to ring so you could go out … AND run and JUMP … this is that VIBE!!!!!
