Effective March 2, 2023, Pilots at Delta Air Lines, represented by ALPA, ratified a new Pilot Working Agreement. The contract (which runs through December 2026), positions Delta's 15K pilots to continue leading the industry in total compensation & work rule improvements.
The pilots also voted in favor of a Letter of Agreement by 90 percent that provides job protections for Delta pilot jobs against international flying by Delta's partners. Ninety-six percent of eligible pilots participated in the ballot.
